After Quitting my gym membership in May 2011 I had an idea to set up my home gym at home in
my spare room to save on monthly membership fees and the convenience factor of being able to exercise
at a time that suited me without having to worry about opening and closing times .
Not having to get into my car and drive 20 minutes to the gym was another gripe I had as this was over
half my workout time travelling to and back from the gym.

What I thought was going to be an easy process turned into a challenging part time job !

I searched online for information on treadmills, home gyms and fitness equipment and visited
retail stores to get the best information on what would suit my home gym needs but it all became
very confusing after conflicting information from retail fitness equipment stores.

What I did discover was that I could save alot of money buying online but as long as it came with a
good warranty then I was happy with this.

I have now set up my own website with all the best price fitness equipment products for home
and we have warehouses In Sydney and Melbourne so you can pick up our equipment from these
locations or we can deliver by courier.
